Nigel Aldridge, Ray White Kalamunda

“Hot-selling properties are high-quality properties close to Kalamunda, character homes of any type, and modern homes in good locations. Also high on the list of buyers are well-prices properties on acreage and larger escarpment properties with views of the city. The changing face of the area is attracting new and younger families. Typically, you pay $400,000 - $500,000 for a good block of land without views, and up to $850,000 for a home site with views. Houses start around $400,000, and you can pay up to $2.5 million for a home with acreage and views.”
