As 2011 comes to a close we have seen a buoyant few weeks with many sale properties under offer and some last minute sales negotiations are being completed. There was also a rush to rent  properties with many leased in the last week  and tenants moving in on Christmas Eve.

When the new year arrives there is expectations that the start of the year with be an active one with the recent reductions in interest rates and a good supply of properties on the market.
