Repairs and Maintenance

We ask that you report to our office any non urgent repairs or maintenance to our office in writing. Urgent repairs can be phoned through and should be done so immediately to avoid risk of injury to persons or damage to the rented property. Repair requests can be faxed, emailed or notified via our online repair request form below. It is recommended that if you have not heard from our office or a trades person within 48 hours that you contact our office to ensure your request has been received.
